A Collaborative Court Program with Peer Mentoring
The current system of incarcerating women instead of providing them with support and help is not effective in eliminating exploitation. With our Diversion Program, we understand the importance of providing women with the necessary tools and resources to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Our program is designed to support women holistically, addressing their physical, emotional, and mental health needs. We provide education and guidance on a variety of topics, from job training to financial management, to help women build a better future for themselves.
We also believe in the power of listening. Our staff takes the time to hear the stories and experiences of each woman, creating a safe and supportive environment where they can share their thoughts and feelings.
At CASH, we are committed to creating a system that uplifts and empowers women. We believe that with the right resources and support, women can overcome any obstacle and achieve their full potential.
