Stephanie Landrum-Hall, MPH.

President

Stephanie Landrum-Hall brings over twenty years of experience in philanthropy, program management, relationship building and community engagement.

She currently serves as the Director of Special Projects at Transform Health. In this role she manages systems transformation projects throughout the organization, providing backbone infrastructural leadership on workflows and work plans, and senior level advising of daily project management. Previous to Transform Health, Stephanie strategically developed, managed and assessed the impact of grant and investment programs across California, with a primary focus on ensuring the overall success of a $65M Community Grant portfolio. These grants were instrumental in supporting Medi-Cal populations statewide, concentrating efforts on outreach and enrollment, health workforce development, and initiatives related to quality improvement and encounter data improvement. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Public Health from Drexel University.

Alexis Klein

Alexis began volunteering with CASH in 2012 and has served on its board since 2015. She works as a prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney's Office, in the Violent Crime and Firearms Trafficking Unit. Alexis previously worked as a DDA for more than 7 years, focusing on domestic violence and child abuse crimes, after clerking for a federal judge. Alexis received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and J.D. from UOP McGeorge School of Law.

For years, Alexis has supported community organizations serving victims of trafficking, domestic violence, and other abuse, including serving on the board of a nonprofit providing the only rape crisis services in Plumas County, and she has been honored by the Federal Bar Association for her community service efforts.

Mikaila Wedding

Mikaila currently serves as a Senior Management Administrative Assistant for Sustainable Communities, at SMUD. She has been with SMUD since 2014 and brings with her more than 20 years’ experience in administrative and executive support in diverse industries, such as nonprofits and community-based organizations, academic settings, and the legal field.

Mikaila studied political science at Cambridge University and later earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies and Women’s Studies from Mills College. Additionally, she holds certificates in design thinking and innovation from Harvard Business School , contract management from the College of Continuing Education at CSUS and small business accounting from Cal State East Bay.

In 2019, she earned her Master of Public Administration degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During her tenure at McGeorge, Mikaila was elected as the first masters’ student to serve as Representative-at-Large on the Student Bar Association, and co-chaired the student-run Masters Committee, as well. For her efforts on the Student Bar Association and Masters Committee, Mikaila received the Graduate Student Service Award. She was also selected from a competitive field to deliver the 2019 commencement address.

Mikaila is a recent graduate from the Nueva Epoca/Creciente leadership program and is co-lead for the Black Employee Resource Group at the Sacramento Municipal Utility District.

Sharon Eghigian

Sharon has been a member of the CASH Board for more than 12 years and is very proud of the work CASH has done to make a difference in the lives of so many women and families. For many years, she worked closely with Oak Park leaders and residents and participated in the Oak Park Neighborhood Association Meetings and the Oak Park Business Association meetings. She saw the need to provide support for women who are sexually exploited - and wanted to do much more than just arrest the women. When she looks back to where we started with the idea for CASH and to where we are now, she isby the journey -- and also excited about the future potential for CASH to continue to grow and meet the needs of women in our community. As someone who has worked on many social justice issues - anti-hunger, anti-poverty, supporting residents to achieve their vision for their communities, and supporting anti-racism and health equity work - she considers her work with CASH to be one of her most powerful and impactful passions.

Yinka Osoba

Yinka Osoba is an Information Technology professional with over 20 years of experience. She has a history of pioneering change in various functional areas of organizations to deliver business value and benefits. She seeks to inspire women and minorities to overcome barriers and be successful in their endeavors.

Yinka earned dual master’s degrees in software engineering management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as well as in Computer Science from Imperial College, London. She has held diverse roles as an IT professional and leader at organizations such as GIA, SMUD, California ISO, Dorado Software and Shell Oil. She is currently a Senior Business Relationship Manager at the Gemological Institute of America where she is responsible for IT strategy, planning and governance for multiple lines of business.

Yinka also enjoys serving in the community. She helped pioneer a community church in Nigeria and is involved with providing scholarships to benefit the under-served. For several years, she volunteered with the Society for the Blind in Sacramento.

Gail Blanchard-Saiger

Gail M. Blanchard-Saiger has a law degree from University of California Davis, King Hall School of Law. She has been advising California employers on all aspects of workplace law for over 25 years. For 15 years, Gail also provided leadership for state legislative and regulatory activity regarding California hospital human resources and labor relations. Gail has volunteered with a variety of organizations over the years from community mediation to school site council. In addition to serving as a Board Member, Gail provides support on a variety of operational issues to CASH.

Sonya Anne Grant

Born and raised in San Diego, Sonya Anne Grant pursued a diverse career path marked by academic achievements and a commitment to community service. Graduating from Williams College with a degree in English in 1984, she then ventured into the legal realm, earning accolades as an Order of the Coif graduate from King Hall School of Law at UC Davis in 1990.

Her legal journey began with clerkships under notable judges, including the Honorable Stephen S. Trott at the 9th Circuit of Appeals and David F. Levi in the Eastern District of California. Transitioning into practice, she gained invaluable experience at Seltzer and Cody, a plaintiff's law firm in Oakland, before dedicating eight years to the Legislative Counsel's Office. Even with her professional pursuits, she prioritized family, balancing work with raising two daughters.

Sonya shifted gears to entrepreneurship, establishing a successful rental property investment and management business, a venture that endures today. Her expertise extended beyond her own endeavors, as she lent her legal acumen to various attorneys in a consulting capacity over the years.

Committed to community betterment, Sonya actively participates in the finance committee at CASH, demonstrating a keen interest in nonprofit governance and ensuring the organization's enduring financial stability. Her dedication to service underscores a career characterized by adaptability, expertise, and a passion for making a difference.

Cindy Stinson

Cindy Stinson is a co-founder of CASH. She was born and raised in Sacramento and graduated from St. Francis High School before receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Communication (Television Production) from Santa Clara University. Cindy enjoys being of service to her community and has spent many years mentoring and working with youth. As a former Army sergeant and a retired lieutenant from the Sacramento Police Department, she brings a wealth of management and leadership experience to our board of directors. Cindy is married and has two teenage sons. In her spare time, she likes to read and play poker.
