A Compassionate, No-Cost Clinic for Individuals at Risk of Sexual Trafficking
Dignity Medical Safe Haven at CASH is a compassionate, no-cost clinic dedicated to serving women who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation at any point in their lives. As a program of Community Against Sexual Harm (CASH), we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can access quality medical care and comprehensive support services.

Our Services
Medical Care
Adult primary care services, including preventive health screenings, treatment for acute illnesses, and some management of chronic conditions. The clinic is staffed by medical professionals and will attend to first aid, burns, infections, wounds, and minor injuries. Issues involving more advanced disease and managed care will be attended to by our partner clinic, Dignity Medical Safe Haven, in South Sacramento.
Women's Health
Specialized care addressing the unique health needs of women, including reproductive health, gynecological services, and prenatal care.
Mental Health Support
Clinic staff will be able to refer to counseling and therapy services to help clients cope with trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
Social Services
Assistance with housing, legal advocacy, and connecting clients to community resources for further support.
Educational Programs
Workshops and classes focused on health promotion, chronic disease self-management, nutrition, and other relevant topics.
Support Groups
Safe spaces for clients to share experiences, find community, and receive peer support.
